GrowSmart Pro includes AI Receptionist usage — no per-message or per-minute AI charges apply. Phone, SMS, and email usage charges apply on both plans.

Current rates for each feature — billed separately from your monthly plan. Most GrowSmart clients see $10–$30/month in typical usage.
1. Phone — Inbound & Outbound Calls

2. SMS and MMS Messaging

1 segment = up to 160 characters. Messages over 160 characters split into multiple segments. Additional carrier fees may apply depending on recipient network.

Your usage wallet
Your GloSpira account includes a prepaid usage wallet. When you use features like phone calls, SMS, or email sends, the cost is deducted from your wallet balance in real time as usage occurs — not at the end of the month.
Automatic top-up
When your wallet balance drops below a set minimum, your payment method on file is automatically charged to replenish it. This keeps your services running without interruption and without manual top-ups.
