What happens after I book a demo?

Your discovery call is a 30-minute conversation where we learn about your business, your services, and your goals. From there, we put together exactly what your GloSpira setup looks like — and you decide if you want to move forward. No pressure, no obligation.

How long does setup take?

Most clients are fully live within 14 days of their onboarding call — website, AI receptionist, and automations all running together. From that point, your business captures clients around the clock, whether you're with someone or sound asleep.

Do I need any technical knowledge?

None at all. Setting up your website, configuring your AI receptionist, and connecting your automations is handled entirely by our team — you don't need to touch any of it. The platform itself is straightforward to use day to day — managing contacts, checking bookings, and staying on top of your business from the mobile app. We set everything up and show you around before you go live.

Pricing and Commitment

Is there really no setup fee?

None. No build cost, no onboarding fee, no contract. Your first payment is your first month, and your website build starts immediately.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. If you wish to export your contacts, bookings, and CRM data, please request this before your cancellation is processed by contacting us at info@glospira.com.

What are usage charges?

GloSpira runs on a platform that charges small per-use fees for phone calls, SMS, email sends, and AI Receptionist usage. These are billed separately from your monthly plan. GrowSmart Pro includes AI Receptionist usage — no per-use AI charges apply. Full details on our usage charges page.

Your Website

What happens to my website if I cancel?

An active subscription is required to keep your website live. If you cancel your subscription, your website will go offline. Your website is built inside our platform and cannot be transferred to another host. If you wish to export your contacts, bookings, and CRM data, please request this before your cancellation is processed by contacting us at info@glospira.com.

I already have a website. Can GloSpira replace it?

Yes — and most clients find the switch straightforward. We handle the migration, set up your domain, and make sure nothing is lost in the process. If SEO matters to your current site, we'll talk through that on your discovery call.

The Platform

I already use a booking system. Do I have to switch?

Not necessarily. GloSpira connects with Mindbody, Vagaro, Fresha, Square, Boulevard, GlossGenius, and others — so you can keep using what you know. We'll confirm compatibility on your discovery call.

What's the difference between GrowSmart and GrowSmart Pro?

GrowSmart is built for solo beauty professionals and small studios. GrowSmart Pro adds unlimited AI Receptionist usage, multiple staff calendars, advanced analytics, priority support, and pre-built seasonal campaigns — built for established studios managing a team.
