We start with a 30-minute video call to learn about your business. Your AI receptionist and automations are set up first, so they’re working for you while we design and build your website. Once you’ve approved your design, your website launches on your domain and everything runs together, capturing clients around the clock, whether you’re with someone or sound asleep.

None at all. Setting up your website, configuring your AI receptionist, and connecting your automations is handled entirely by our team — you don't need to touch any of it. Your GloSpira system is straightforward to use day to day — managing contacts, checking bookings, and staying on top of your business from the mobile app. We set everything up and show you around before you go live.

Yes, a one-time build fee from $1,500, paid at signup along with your first month. It covers designing, building and launching everything in your plan, and your AI receptionist is set up first, so it's working while we build your website. We'll confirm the exact amount on your call.

Yes. Both plans are month to month, with no contract. Cancel anytime, and your plan stops at the end of your current billing month. Your website stays yours (see Your Website below). The one-time build fee is refundable if you cancel before your first call with us. Once work on your website has started, it’s non-refundable.

Your GloSpira system sends and receives phone calls, text messages, and emails, and those carry small per-use carrier fees — the same way any business phone line works. These are billed separately from your monthly plan, and most clients see $10–$30 per month in typical usage. GrowSmart Pro includes AI Receptionist usage — no per-use AI charges apply. It stays yours. Once your website has launched, you can keep it online with our Website Care hosting, or take a copy of your website’s files to host elsewhere. Forms, booking and AI features run on our platform, so they’d need replacing with another provider. Your contacts and booking data can always be exported.

We design it around your brand, and you get two rounds of revisions to refine it until it feels right. After launch, updates are included in your plan. Just email us.

Yes — and most clients find the switch straightforward. We handle the migration, set up your domain, and make sure nothing is lost in the process. If SEO matters to your current site, we'll talk through that on your call.

Not necessarily. GloSpira connects with Mindbody, Vagaro, Fresha, Square, Boulevard, GlossGenius, and others — so you can keep using what you know. We'll confirm compatibility on your call.
