Your GloSpira system is straightforward to use day to day — managing contacts, checking bookings, and staying on top of your business from the mobile app. We set everything up and show you around before you go live.

Yes — there are no long-term contracts and no cancellation fees. GrowSmart is month to month from day one. GrowSmart Pro has a 3-month minimum on your first term, because we build your quiz, lead magnet, and email engine up front — after that, it's month to month too. If you wish to export your contacts, bookings, and CRM data, please request this before your cancellation is processed by contacting us at info@glospira.com.

Your GloSpira system sends and receives phone calls, text messages, and emails, and those carry small per-use carrier fees — the same way any business phone line works. These are billed separately from your monthly plan, and most clients see $10–$30 per month in typical usage. GrowSmart Pro includes AI Receptionist usage — no per-use AI charges apply. An active subscription is required to keep your website live — your website is built and hosted inside your GloSpira system, so it goes offline if you cancel and can't be transferred to another host. Your contacts, bookings, and client data are always yours: request an export before your cancellation is processed by contacting us at info@glospira.com. There are no cancellation fees.

Yes — and most clients find the switch straightforward. We handle the migration, set up your domain, and make sure nothing is lost in the process. If SEO matters to your current site, we'll talk through that on your discovery call.

Not necessarily. GloSpira connects with Mindbody, Vagaro, Fresha, Square, Boulevard, GlossGenius, and others — so you can keep using what you know. We'll confirm compatibility on your discovery call.
